As coordinators of your sacred celebration or event, we offer full planning, design, and styling services for those who are looking for a bespoke and alternative approach. We work with couples that wish to celebrate their love in a conscious and unique ceremony, who care about our environment and the footprint we leave on our beautiful earth.
Preparing for your celebration should be meaningful, peaceful, and low stress. Connection and communication are an essential element of what Aroha offers. We prefer to source local suppliers and support smaller businesses that are like-minded nature lovers, working in harmony with your style, your budget, and your personalities.
Every couple is different and have unique requirements, therefore cost is dependent on the desired services.
We focus on attention to detail throughout every stage. We are there with you from conception to completion, from finding the perfect venue and suppliers, design, set-up, budgeting, styling, sourcing, securing vendors, floorplans, contracts, and coordination on the day.
Aroha bespoke styled events are nature inspired, unique and embody sacredness and refinement.
Production & Product Costs
Aroha design + styling includes unique custom design, all arrangements of hired and purchased goods, and then set up to perfection.
All materials required to bring the celebration design to life will be billed in addition to the Eco-Package Fee. Materials may include stationery, flowers, décor hire and gifts.
The cost of all items produced by Aroha Eco-weddings will be reduced by 10% from the retail price or a hire fee.
Any item that Aroha Eco-weddings procures on your behalf but does not produce will be directly at the vendor's cost with no markup or fee attached.
Additional Services
To make your wedding planning and design process truly seamless, we offer services well beyond the scope of traditional wedding planning.
Shopping and styling services, Hair + Makeup, Reiki Facials, Aroha signature massages, Cacao ceremonies with Sound healing, Yoga Nidra, Bellydance lessons and graphic design services, are all available inclusions at the time of contract or at any time during the planning process.
